Safety Standards & Certifications
All of our equipment meets or exceeds ASTM F2374 safety standards for inflatable amusement devices. Our frame tents are engineered to withstand sustained winds up to 35 mph when properly staked. Every anchor point, seam, and structural joint is inspected before each rental. We carry a detailed maintenance log for every item in our fleet.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
After every rental, each item goes through a multi-step cleaning process: pressure washing, hospital-grade disinfectant treatment, and a full inspection for wear or damage. Bounce house surfaces are sanitized with EPA-registered antimicrobial solutions safe for children. Tent canopies are scrubbed, dried, and stored in climate-controlled storage to prevent mildew.
Delivery & Setup Logistics
We service the entire Detroit metropolitan area including Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Our team arrives 2–4 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is assembled and secured. Delivery is included in every rental—no hidden fees for mileage within our service area. For venues beyond 30 miles from our warehouse, a small travel surcharge may apply.
Insurance & Liability
Metro Detroit Rental Company LLC carries $1 million in general liability insurance per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue or event planner upon request—usually within 24 hours. Our coverage protects both our team and your guests, giving you one less thing to worry about on event day.
